ImageFlow was established in October 2002, and specializes in the provision of video and audio conference solutions.

ImageFlow is the pioneer among companies dedicated to the technologies of videoconferencing and their applications in teleworking, telemedicine and distance learning.

ImageFlow’s focus and specialization in videoconferencing are the basis for the company’s unique ability to provide integrated hardware, installation and service solutions.

ImageFlows’s personnel, with extensive expertise in these technologies, guarantees the delivery of efficient tailor made solutions for any customer need and seamless operating support.

ImageFlow’s personnel was part of the team which installed and supported the first videoconference systems of the company PictureTel in Greece in 1995.

Since then, due to the extension of public ISDN and cable infrastructure, and the proliferation of providers and product offerings, the demand for videoconference systems has exploded along with the materialization of privately owned IP videoconference networks.

In 2002, Polycom acquired PictureTel, creating a new dynamic response to these technology trends.  By combining the strengths of the two largest manufacturing houses of audio and video conference systems, it set a new technical standard for the industry and a new view that has already spread the meaning of Unified Collaboration and Rich Media applications.

As of February 2004, Polycom has established a strict certification procedure in all aspects of supply, installation, and product support for its partners.
ImageFlow has maintained the uniqueness of its specialization on videoconferencing by being one of the first companies in Europe to fully comply with the new standards.

Today it is the only Direct Polycom Partner in Greece with full certification for the supply, installation and technical support for all systems, and it is also the only company that is authorized to install and support the network products of the house.
